Thangam Jayaram (“TJ”) joined MVM in 2011 and is the Financial Controller.

She was previously with Arthur Andersen, India, where she was a founding member of the U.S. GAAP practice and Ernst & Young, U.K., where she ran audit teams in 10+ countries across Europe as manager and helped prepare a client for listing on the NASDAQ.

TJ holds a Masters in Finance from London Business School, a CPA (inactive) from the New Jersey State Board of Accountancy and qualified as a Chartered Accountant.
